We also provide payment options based on your unique circumstances and accept various methods of payment, including the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debit card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have insurance, please <a href=\"https:\/\/momentumhealth.ca\/evidence-sport-and-spinal\/patient-information\/payment-options\/insurance-info\/\">contact your provider<\/a> to better understand your coverage, copayments\/coinsurance, and overall plan requirements.
