We understand that sometimes circumstances make attending your scheduled appointment difficult or impossible. In the event of illness or an emergency, please call our clinic<\/a> at least 24 <\/strong>hours before your appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees. Physician appointments require 72<\/strong> hours notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that a non-refundable charge will be applied to missed appointments that have not been rescheduled at least 24 <\/strong>hours in advance (72 hours for physician appointments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
