That\u2019s why we take an evidence-based approach by keeping abreast of the latest research and focusing on diagnostic and treatments techniques that work. Evidence Sport and Spine clinics have multi-disciplinary teams offering physiotherapy, physiatry, sport medicine, massage therapy, psychology, and regenerative medicine. Our team<\/a> stays on top of the latest research and advancements in rehabilitation, sports training, and athletics. We don’t just follow the research, sometimes we write it too! From prehab to rehab, we\u2019ll work to get you the results you\u2019re looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Evidence Sport and Spine, we treat the underlying cause, not just the symptoms. Our medical team will work closely with you to identify the source of your injury, then prepare customized treatment plans to help resolve the issue rather than just alleviating the pain. We understand the detailed demands of your sport, job, and activities of daily living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the physical assessment, we\u2019ll take a complete health history to learn more about your symptoms, activity, fitness, and life interests. We can review imaging or information from your doctor to help create the most effective treatment plan possible \u2013 and it\u2019s all tailored to your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We collaborate internally with our multidisciplinary team to ensure you are seeing the right clinician at the right time. We provide guided access to help you navigate the healthcare system for diagnostic imaging, specialist referrals, interventional pain and regenerative procedures. Providing ongoing communication with your family physician and all members of your healthcare team means everyone is up to date with your progress.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
