All orthotics ordered before July 15 will be at a special rate of $300.

Custom Orthotics are prescribed if medically warranted – only if you need them! We want to help ensure your insurance requirements are covered, but remember all plans are different.

Please have your insurance information ready, specific to who needs to “dispense orthotics” and if you need a physician referral for your insurance plan.
