Momentum Health is presently seeking a Part-Time enthusiastic Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team at our Evidence North location in Calgary, AB.
Job Type: Part-Time
Required Hours: Four days/month 9am to 4pm
Start Date: January 2026
Compensation: $20-$25/hour

Evidence Sport and Spine implements the latest research to provide patients with a multidisciplinary approach to musculoskeletal pain management. Be part of a team of highly trained advanced practice physiotherapists, pain physicians, and physiatrists, passionate about providing the highest standard in evidence-based care.
Our multidisciplinary clinic has multiple private rooms and a dedicated gym area. We have a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout Calgary and are always working on new partnerships. The clinic develops and runs evidence-based programs such as our Urgent Back Pain Clinic, Concussion Clinic and Clinical Assessment Unit. Our team of Physiotherapists, Physiatrists, Physicians and Nurse Practitioner collaborate in further learning and social events.

The Successful Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant or Phlebotomy program
- CSMLS certification or equivalent credential preferred
- 1–2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience

Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws and prepare/spin Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
- Prepare, clean, and restock rooms and procedure trays before and after appointments
- Make follow-up calls between patient visits as needed
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate specimen labeling
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
- Provide calm, professional reassurance and excellent patient care
- Work closely with the supervising medical doctor
