Clinical Development Program

Our Clinical Development Program provides mentorship and one-on-one training to clinicians wanting to advance their clinical and communication skills. Educational Allowance

We offer annual education allowance towards clinical and leadership courses for qualifying staff. We organize quarterly Grand Rounds for all staff to learn about various relevant topics. We offer job shadowing to learn about other disciplines and take physiotherapy and medical office assistant students regularly.

Tuition Reimbursement

We provide tuition reimbursement for qualifying administrative staff for courses, skills and personal development.
