Anika White

Anika graduated from Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy program. Her experience competing internationally as one of Canada’s top female wrestlers gave her a unique appreciation for the body. Through her own injuries and those of her teammates, she learned that there is more to well-being and recovery than meets the eye. She aims to empower clients through an evidence base and trauma-informed massage approach. She is constantly looking to expand her knowledge, which is why you will often find her reading one of the books she has on the go, or adding to an endless list of “to be read”.
In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting at the gym, reading, and spending time with family
