
Dr. Caterina Lerede

Dr. Caterina Lerede was born and raised in Calgary. She obtained her degree in Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary and received her Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laude) from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002. She has effectively treated a wide variety of patients and conditions over her 20 years in private practice, working with each patient to develop the best evidence-based and patient-centered treatment plan for them. Dr. Lerede utilizes manual and instrument-assisted adjusting techniques, myofascial release and instrument-assisted soft tissue therapies, and home exercise/ergonomic/lifestyle prescriptions to help patients achieve and maintain their health goals. She is GLA:D Back certified and leads small group-based education and exercise classes at the clinic that are designed to empower patients to manage/alleviate persistent or recurrent lower back pain. She has a special interest in treating pregnant/postpartum women and children/adolescents. Dr. Lerede is a registered member of the Alberta College of Chiropractors and Canadian Chiropractic Association and a volunteer examiner with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. She enjoys yoga, hiking, being a hockey and soccer superfan for her sons, and traveling.
