Karissa Nolin

Karissa pursued her post-secondary education with a Bachelors in Health and Physical Education, majoring in Physical Literacy at Mount Royal University. Karissa started taking interest in Athletics and Sports Medicine in school and wanted to pursue her passion into her career. She is passionate about staying active and when away from work, you can find her busy hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, or playing volleyball.
Karissa has completed further courses in Kinetic Link Training and WorkWell Functional Capacity Testing.
