Alex grew up in Red Deer before moving to the big city to attend the University of Calgary, obtaining a bachelor’s of science degree in kinesiology. Alex’s passion for kinesiology began in highschool while playing football and lacrosse he found the recovery process rather interesting and realized he wanted to help people get back to the things they love. Alex’s main goal is to learn as much as he can about the physiotherapy industry and attend physiotherapy school in the future.
In his spare time, you can find him either in the gym, or in the mountains hiking, camping, skiing, or canoeing.
