Kaitlyn has been working in customer service and patient experience for 5+ years always looking to expand her knowledge and experience where ever she goes. Part of this drive stems from her Bachelors degree in Anthropology, supported by Minors in Psychology and Sociology she attained from Mount Royal University. Taking part in such courses supported her love for learning and her holistic approach to understanding and supporting culture and community. She has been active in the volleyball community for almost 10+ years, and has been a certified NCCCP coach in competitive club and highschool teams for 5+ years. Her commitment to leadership has allowed her to bring groups together and create meaningful change.
Outside of work you can find Kaitlyn in the gym lifting with her powerlifting team, finding hidden gem food spots, and always itching to travel somewhere new.
