Harshita holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with First Class Honours from the University of Calgary. She brings over five years of experience in patient care, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. Her passion for helping people and making a meaningful impact in her community sparked her interest in Kinesiology, which grew through volunteer work in physiotherapy clinics. Through this hands-on experience, she discovered her passion for using movement as a tool to support recovery and promote well-being. With a keen interest in the role of physical activity in enhancing quality of life and managing chronic conditions, Harshita is committed to implementing an evidence-based, personalized approach to patient care.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys staying active by exploring the outdoors, practicing her crocheting skills, and expanding her multilingual abilities. Harshita looks forward to supporting patients in reaching their goals and fostering a holistic approach to health and well-being.
