Isha was born and raised in Calgary and graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Commerce. Isha is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through movement!
In her free time, Isha enjoys embroidering and cross-stitching, playing video games, hiking, and playing the piano.
