
Amrit Dhaliwal
(MScPT, BSc)
Amrit completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. Through her studies, she developed a strong interest in movement and rehabilitation, and a passion for helping people of all ages return to the activities that matter most to them. Early in her career, Amrit provides exercise-based rehabilitation and client-centred care, with an emphasis on education, functional movement, and goal-directed treatment. She combines manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to help patients return to the activities that are most important to them and is interested in working with all types of musculoskeletal injuries, including pre- and post-joint replacement rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and low back pain.
Her previous experience coaching youth soccer and working as a physiotherapy aide helps her engage and motivate patients across all age groups. Amrit provides physiotherapy services in both English and Punjabi, allowing her to work with patients from a variety of backgrounds.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing basketball and soccer, painting and reading.
