Callum McKay
(BKin)
Callum earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in 2026. He is passionate about promoting both physical and mental well-being through fitness, movement, and an active lifestyle. Drawing from his background as a collegiate baseball athlete and his continued involvement in cardiovascular exercise, Callum has developed a strong appreciation for the role that movement plays in supporting overall health, resilience, and quality of life.
Throughout his studies, Callum gained valuable experience working in strength and conditioning environments, where he developed a deep understanding of exercise programming, performance training, and client support. These experiences allowed him to refine his approach to individualized care and reinforced his commitment to tailoring programs to each person’s unique goals and needs. Looking ahead, Callum aspires to become an occupational therapist, looking to help individuals adapt their daily lives, enhance their functional abilities, and foster greater independence in the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys staying active through hiking and running, exploring new restaurants, and cooking for his friends and family.
