Our clinic is dedicated to empowering patients through evidence-informed multidisciplinary healthcare, bringing together experts in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Physiatry, and Sport Medicine to deliver exceptional care throughout Central Calgary.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced healthcare environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Required Hours: Tuesday to Thursday 12:30pm-8:15pm, Friday 10:30am-6pm and Saturday 8:30am-3pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour

Education: high school
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Current enrollment in or graduation from a related college diploma program is considered an asset
- Previous experience working in a medical or rehabilitation office environment is preferred
- Experience using medical billing systems such as MedAccess, Practice Perfect, or Wolf is an asset
- Knowledge of Alberta Health Care billing procedures is considered an asset
- Ability to commit to a minimum one-year term
- Serious interest in building a long-term career in healthcare administration

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the clinic operates efficiently, professionally, and in an organized manner
- Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Coordinate patient flow and communication among multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Create, organize, and maintain patient files and electronic medical records
- Schedule appointments and manage daily administrative operations
- Assist with rehabilitation administration duties including scanning, faxing, and document uploads
- Provide physician administrative coverage support when needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing referrals efficiently and accurately
- Handle front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Process third-party, MVA, WCB, AHS, and private billing and collections
- Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with the Health Information Act
- Follow all Momentum Health policies, procedures, and operational standards
