(BKin)
Jayden graduated with Distinction from the University of Lethbridge in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Growing up playing sports and staying active, she developed a love for movement, learning new skills, and challenging herself. She participated in a variety of sports, competing at a high level in volleyball, soccer, and track and field. Through her own experiences with sport and activity, she has come to appreciate how much movement can contribute to physical health, functional capacity, and overall quality of life. Through her education and clinical experience, Jayden developed a strong passion for rehabilitation and helping clients reach their goals and create healthy lifestyles. She is excited to continue learning and growing within the field of kinesiology, with the goal of furthering her education in the future.
Building genuine relationships with clients is very important to Jayden. She wants each person to feel comfortable and supported in a safe environment throughout their rehabilitation journey. By getting to know her clients and building trust, she hopes to make rehabilitation a positive experience while helping them stay motivated and confident as they work toward their goals.
Outside of the clinic, Jayden enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and being outdoors with her dog. You can often find her on the pickleball court, golf course, or on the lake fishing.
