Lyra Reyes

Lyra earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Calgary in 2026. She has experience as a neurorehabilitation assistant and has supported individuals living with and beyond cancer through supervised mobility, balance, and strengthening programs. She is passionate about helping patients build confidence and independence through movement and strives to make each patient experience supportive, encouraging, and individualized. With her warm and curious approach, Lyra values building genuine connections and making movement feel both approachable and enjoyable.
When she’s not in the clinic, Lyra enjoys attending concerts, watching movies, discovering new restaurants and cafés, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs. In the winter, you may also find her snowboarding on the slopes – or just as happily enjoying a hot chocolate in the lodge between runs.
