This Physiotherapy job position is unique as it offers a wide range of experiences across our various clinics in Calgary, AB. You will gain exposure to many different clinicians, disciplines, and models of care that you might not get in a stationary role. It is a flexible job that you can adapt around other positions you may have and make work for you! As a coverage team member, you will have access to our Clinician Development Program, where you will receive mentorship from experienced clinicians in the company based on your areas of interest. This position also puts you first in line for new opportunities within our group.

Our multidisciplinary clinic has multiple private rooms and a dedicated gym area. We have a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout Calgary and are always working on new partnerships. The clinic develops and runs evidence-based programs such as our Urgent Back Pain Clinic, Concussion Clinic and Clinical Assessment Unit. Our team of Physiotherapists, Physiatrists, Physicians and Nurse Practitioner collaborate in further learning and social events.

Location: This position requires flexibility to travel and provide coverage across all clinic locations as needed
Employment Type: Casual
Schedule: Variable between 7 AM-8 PM (dependent on coverage shift)

Salary: Base salary range will be discussed during the interview process.

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the PACA
- Valid liability insurance
- On Physiotherapy Alberta’s roster for use of needles in practice (an asset)
- Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable vehicle (covering different locations)
Education: Postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Registered with the PACA
- Valid liability insurance
- Registered for needle use in Physiotherapy Alberta (an asset)
- Strong assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Reliable vehicle for multi-location coverage
