Momentum Health and Evidence Sport and Spine are dedicated to helping Albertans move and feel better through evidence-informed, patient-centered care. Our multidisciplinary teams include Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Physiatry, and Sport Medicine professionals who work together to deliver outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about customer service, organization, and helping patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their care journey.

Position Title: Coverage Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: All Momentum Health & Evidence Sport and Spine clinic locations throughout Calgary, AB

Employment Type: Part-Time (Guaranteed 24 hours per week)

Schedule: Variable shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including Saturdays as required

Compensation: $17 – $19 per hour

As a Coverage Office Administrator, you will provide front-line administrative support across multiple clinic locations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. You will play a key role in coordinating patient flow, scheduling appointments, processing payments, managing documentation, and supporting the clinical team in delivering efficient and compassionate care.

Education: high school

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Reliable vehicle required for travel between clinic locations
  • Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
  • Ability to commit to a one-year term
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail, customer service, or administrative role preferred
  • Medical Office Administration certification or related experience is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and process payments at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Coordinate the safe and efficient flow of patients throughout the clinic
  • Complete intake procedures for new patients
  • Scan, fax, upload, and maintain electronic medical records documentation
  • Process private, third-party, and Alberta Health Services billing
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Follow all Momentum Health policies, procedures, and administrative protocols
  • Support clinicians and team members with day-to-day administrative operations
