Position Details:
- Job Title: Coverage Office Administrator (Part-Time)
- Location: All clinic locations across Calgary, AB
- Employment Type: Part-Time (Guaranteed 24 hours per week)
- Schedule: Variable shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including Saturdays
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Compensation: $17–$19 per hour
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle required for travel between clinic locations
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
- Ability to commit to a minimum one-year term

Education: high school
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to quickly learn medical billing systems such as Practice Perfect and Med Access
- High School Diploma required
- Medical Office Administration certification or experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and process payments at the front desk
- Answer and manage phone inquiries
- Coordinate patient flow efficiently and safely within the clinic
- Complete intake processes for new patients
- Scan, fax, and upload documents into the electronic medical records system
- Handle private, third-party, and AHS billing
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy
- Follow all company policies and procedures
