Momentum Health is presently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Medical Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and work in a busy environment at our Ogden Location in Calgary, AB. Our Medical Office Administrators provide outstanding administrative support to patients and co-workers and keep the focus on patient-centered care.
Location: Momentum Health Ogden, 7005 18 St SE #1C, Calgary, AB, T2C 1Y1
Employment Type: Part-Time
Required Hours: Tuesday 1:30pm-7:30pm, Wednesday 10:30am-4:30pm, Thursday 1:30pm-7:30pm, and Friday 8am-2pm
Start Date: May 1st, 2026
Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour

The clinic offers innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, GLA:D Hip & Knee as well as collaborative care with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and other disciplines all in-house!

- Experience in a medical office environment (asset)
- Experience with medical billing systems such as MedAccess, Practice Perfect, and Wolf (asset)
- Alberta Health Care billing knowledge/experience (asset

Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient, professional, and organized operation of the clinic
- Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate client flow and information across multidisciplinary teams
- Initiate, organize, and maintain patient files and assist with appointment scheduling
- Perform rehabilitation administrative duties, including scanning, faxing, processing faxes, and uploading documents to the EMR
- Train for physician administrative coverage as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing referral processes
- Handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage third-party, MVA, WCB, AHS, and private billing and collections
- Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality in accordance with the Health Information Act
- Adhere to all Momentum Health policies and procedures
