Our clinic brings together Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapists, Physiatrists, and Sport Medicine professionals under one roof to provide comprehensive patient care. As a Part-Time Office Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting this collaborative approach by helping patients navigate their appointments and ensuring clinic operations run efficiently.

From greeting patients as they arrive to coordinating appointment schedules, organizing patient records, processing referrals, and supporting billing activities, you’ll help create a positive experience built on professionalism, accuracy, and compassion. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Previous medical or rehabilitation office experience is required, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional patient service.

Employment Type: Part-Time

Required Hours: Monday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm, Friday 1pm-6pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm. Flexibility if needed.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation:

  • Knowledge of Alberta Health Care billing processes considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient, professional, and organized operation of the clinic
  • Greet patients, staff, and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
  • Coordinate the flow of patients and information throughout the multidisciplinary clinic
  • Create, organize, and maintain patient files and appointment schedules
  • Perform administrative duties including scanning, faxing, document processing, and EMR uploads
  • Manage incoming and outgoing referral processes efficiently
  • Handle all front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Process third-party, motor vehicle accident (MVA), WCB, AHS, and private billing activities
  • Assist with collections and payment processing when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all privacy requirements under the Health Information Act
  • Follow all Momentum Health policies, procedures, and operational standards
