Tara was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta, and later moved to Calgary to pursue her culinary career after graduating with a culinary diploma. After many years, she switched careers and started her journey into the healthcare field. She then graduated with a Medical Office Assistant certificate and is currently pursuing her LPN education. In the winter, Tara enjoys staying out of the cold and beading and sewing different kinds of native regalia and jewellery. In the summer, you can find her in the mountains and hiking the Alberta trails.
