
Ally Pascual
(BKin)
Ally earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Calgary. Growing up, she enjoyed participating in sports such as track and field, particularly sprinting, and basketball, which sparked her interest in Kinesiology and the role movement plays in health and well-being.
Through volunteer and professional experiences in rehabilitation, community programs, and outpatient clinic settings, Ally has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities. These experiences strengthened her passion for helping others and supporting them throughout their rehabilitation journey. She believes quality care is grounded in compassion, understanding, and a patient-centered approach.
Ally also has a strong interest in technology and holds a degree in Computer Science. Throughout her studies, she enjoyed incorporating her Kinesiology background into projects involving health, wellness, and habit management.
Outside of work, Ally continues to enjoy movement through volleyball, running, and strength training. She also enjoys reading, watching TV shows/movies, exploring new restaurants, and discovering new matcha spots.
