Becca Atkinson

(MScPT, BKin)

Becca is a compassionate, evidence-based physiotherapist with a special interest in Pelvic Health and Pediatrics. She obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology with an Embedded Leadership Certificate at the University of Calgary, followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
Becca combines her love of science, the human body, and an active lifestyle to deliver personalized, goal-oriented care for all individuals. Her approach integrates therapeutic exercise, ongoing education, effective manual therapy, and patient empowerment, helping individuals better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery. She is also certified in intramuscular stimulation/dry needling.
As a certified Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Becca continues to bring awareness to this field and supports individuals with various concerns such as prenatal and postpartum care, birth preparation, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, dyspareunia, menopausal changes, and more.
Her passion for pediatrics includes all areas ranging from sports injuries to supporting children with developmental delays. Through a fun, play-based approach, she encourages autonomy, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement.
Outside the clinic, Becca enjoys staying active, spending time with loved ones, and adventuring with her Bernese Mountain Dog rescue, Benji (who she will happily talk about at length!)
