Sara completed her undergraduate in Neuroscience at the University of Calgary and her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. She grew up figure skating and with over seven years of experience as an ice skating coach, she brings a deep understanding of movement mechanics and fitness to her practice. She enjoys living an active lifestyle and has found a new passion in triathlon. She now works at the hospital, with patients with neurological injuries including spinal cord injury and stroke. Sara is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life through evidence-based practice, exercise, and manual therapy.
