Yeon Soo is a Physiotherapist Intern with a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta after earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.

She is passionate about orthopedics, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, and neurological rehabilitation, with a particular interestin supporting the running community. As an avid runner herself, she enjoys helping individuals return to (and excel in) their running goals. She plans to continue expanding her clinical skills through orthopedic levels, dry needling, and running-related courses.

Her treatment approach is patient-centered, evidence-informed, and goal-driven. She combines effective manual therapy with progressive exercise prescription and integrates Pilates-based principles to enhance core control, movement efficiency, and functional strength.

Born in South Korea and raised in Calgary, Yeon Soo values the diverse experiences that shaped her. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment and is fluent in both English and Korean, allowing her to work confidently with a broader range of patients.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, Pilates, strength training, and reading. She is currently training for a half-marathon and loves the post-run café stop just as much as the kilometres logged.
