Grey came to Calgary six years ago with a work permit and after three years hard working she received permanent residency. She continued her education at Makami College Calgary, where she completed 3000-hour advanced massage therapy course in 2023.
Grey’s extensive skill set includes therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial cupping, myofascial release, hot stone therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and trigger point release. She excels in combining these modalities to create holistic treatment plans aimed at breaking down adhesions, melting knots, and reducing soreness and pain in areas such as shoulders, neck, lower back, wrists, legs and forearms. She loves seeing smiling faces, and being an RMT helps her achieve that every day.
When not at clinic , you will find Grey walking with her dog Dolly, skipping rope on the deck , camping in the forest and skiing in the alpine.
