Johnny holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney after he completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He has extensive experience treating a wide range of clients, including pre and post-surgical clients aiming to improve their strength and function., recreational athletes managing both acute and chronic injuries, office workers experiencing neck and back pain, and individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents.
His approach to treatment is hands-on and individualized, incorporating techniques such as manual therapy, IMS dry needling, joint mobilization, the Mulligan concept, and tailored therapeutic exercise programs. Johnny is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin, allowing him to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base.
Outside of the clinic, Johnny leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys playing basketball, rock climbing, weight training, and the occasional hike. His personal commitment to physical activity gives him a strong appreciation for the importance of staying pain-free to fully enjoy life’s pursuit.
